Rainbow in London

After the heavy rain in the evening in London on 26th Aug 2011, the sun peaked through the clouds and produced these wonderful normal, secondary and supernumerary rainbows. I had no good camera in my hand, but the 2 mega pixel mobile camera in hand to capture this image. Even though the double rainbow is clearly visible in this image on top of the normal rainbow in the darker region, the supernumerary rainbow inside the arc of the normal rainbow which was visible for the naked eye is not clearly visible in this picture; I should have a better camera to capture it.

A Fuzzy Rainbow
I got this picture of the rainbow on a cloudy evening on the highly polluted sky of Electronic city. The sun was so bright and the rainbow was very vague making it difficult to photograph it.

Rainbow
Rainbows!!! I use to see it a lot when I was in Wayanad. Yes, I had time to look out and watch the sky in the morning and evening, but now in Bangalore, when I come out of my office, it will be already dark. When am I going back to be there again forever?
The first picture of rainbow is taken from Wayanad, while the second one is from Bangalore.

A Rainbow
The evening sky turned to be always beautiful to me; many of my paintings of my childhood were of evening sky or sunset. The summer evening sky, one or two weeks prior to the monsoon presented a lot of astonishing views, and I was lucky enough to capture a very few of them.
